There is part of the problem! There is an old saying "what one allows will continue." MTs have allowed for far too long. Win or lose, it's the principle! If one keeps going from job to job because they don't like the company standards, sooner or later, they all follow suit, then what? Not to mention, ones resume will look like the candidate is the problem from going job to job. IMHO, there are many things wrong out there, and some because people choose to walk away and do nothing.
