Unfortunately, by they times these MTSOs "get it," there'll be no more transcriptionists willing to do this anymore. So many people have already left this industry, and a lot more are already one foot out the door. I can remember a time when we were allowed to give feedback on what was wrong with the system and offer each other feedback on how to make our jobs better. We truly worked as a team (both managers and MTs). Too bad that's a thing of the past and the bottom line has become more important than doing what we once loved and thought we would retire doing.
