I have had this happen occasionally after leaving Fluency to search on the web but only pulling up search results, i.e., confirmed that drug name. When it has happened to me, I can usually get the command to start working again by leaving Fluency again, going back to the web, and actually clicking through to a search result. It doesn't seem to matter what result, just get off that search page onto an actual website. Then when I return to Fluency, I usually have Ctrl+M back. Hope that works for you
