Sound quality - anony

Are you kidding me?????

M-modal takes NO responsibilty for the sound quality.  Instead, we are told via e-mail from PC to "invest in better ear pieces."  Suggestion of ear buds or Boostaroo.  Why should I have to invest a chunk of money, which I do not have, because of the garbage they put out to us?  I have a pair of Bose headphones currently. 

What a load of crap.

Sorry for the  rant.  I am just so tired of the horrid sound quality.
