I got the email today as well about only 1/2 hour today. I was moved several months ago from one set of hospitals to the one whose computers went down earlier in the week. I absolutely loathe the new account. Totally different than anything I've ever typed. I am left mentally and emotionally spent at the end of every day because of the lack of effort to dictate properly on the part of the providers. It is all but impossible for me to make my line counts anymore. Case in point, I started the day yesterday on the account I was on originally...grossed 250 lph. Magically, the new account's computers came back up the second hour of my shift. My line count plummeted to below 150 lph from there.
Sorry for the long rant. I am about at the end of my rope as are so many of us.
