2. I have been receiving it a few months now.
3. I have not been laid off, I am under employed due to no fault of my own, so, yes, I was awarded partial unemployment. If I would have known that I could be employed and still get unemployment, I would have applied sooner. Apply with your state. The worst answer is no, but what if???? they just say yes. God knows, we have all earned it!!!!
