I do know that months ago I received an email telling me that I was "selected" to go on another account that was VR/editing...and what a great opportunity it was.
All I remember is "4 cpl" sticking in my head...and I pretty much closed my mind off after that...because I type...I don't edit...I don't read. I use a mouse...and there was information on how you had to retrain yourself to only use the arrow keys on the keyboard.
This was all before the grid was put into play. So now, I'm seeing what you are...another cut in pay.
