They are all pathetic one way or another. IC has its good and bad. The bad being they are paying you garbage wages and then you have to take out of that for taxes. If you should be a lucky MT and get a good program with good doctors and account specifics that you can learn on only one facility that you can get used to, then maybe you can fly on the keyboard. If not, then you struggle like the rest of us, and for no benefits either. To be an MT these days is why there is a labor board. So many unfair labor practices, yet who would understand.
