Now is the time to make a simple gesture to bring up morale..Take some time, make a seniority list and ask who wants what schedules and start plugging people in as closely as possible... Stupid little things, make all the difference. A happy employee is a productive employee. My schedule is horrendous, either it changes to something more normal, or I am gone, physically and mentally cannot do it much longer.
