Not really. Most jobs go to India overnight, as it is daytime over - there. Hence, no work for dayshift.

But honestly, once EHR is even close to adequately trained, there's not much left over anyway.

New facility turnaround time (time it usually takes for us to lose all access to those jobs because they go to India) used to be around 6 months to a year. It now takes only weeks instead of months. So any new hires and anyone "acquired" really only gets a few months with their same accounts before they are suddenly OOW with no explanations, no time to prepare financially for the grid reality even when there is work.

Newly acquired facility staff simply HAVE to be forewarned!
