"We are struggling on the weekends. We perform extremely well during the week and then struggle on the weekends. My director needs to see us improve the weekend performance. Our clients are also expressing concern on why we do well during the week and then struggle on the weekends. The weekend coverage must be increased to improve our performance. Claudine will be reaching out this week to ensure we get the coverage we need. I appreciate everyone helping out with this and making the clients happy."
Looks like we will be asked yet again to change our hours.
