They have a 30-day free trial, then a yearly or lifetime subscription. I believe Instant Text does, too. These two seem to have similar features. Ninety percent of my work is VR editing and the expander has been invaluable for editing. I programmed 1 key to jump to the next comma, change to a period and capitalize the next word; 1 or 2 keys to jump forward or back to change pesky med dosage punctuation that VR never seems to get right; 3 keys to move cursor and the voice file to the beginning to verify dictator and patient info. The pick list feature is handy, too.
