Okay, has anyone else been told they need to take an hour long CARE Quality Boost class?? My scores have always been 99 and above and I get weekly emails from my boss saying "keep up the good work", low percentage of reports sent to QA for blanks, etc. I am really confused as to why I am being told to take this class and it also interferes with a doctor appt I have scheduled. My last 7 scores are 100, 100, 99.56, 99.40, 99.68, 99.83, 99.61. Granted, I am not perfect but still on their wonderful GRID!!!!!!!! :)
