Though I've been a transcriptionist for 40 years now (thankfully old enough to take early social security to supplement the reduced income), the thing that has put me over the edge as far as "should I stay or should I go" is how cumbersome the "new, improved" eBTXT platform has proven to be.  Every night, plunky extra editing that was never necessary before all because of a program that is not nearly as MLS friendly as the old one.  I'm brushing up on my skills (such as learning Excel) so I (hopefully) will be able to take something administrative.  I'll welcome working outside of the home again.
