I have 30 years of radiology transcription experience. The jobs listed all want experience with a certain software. Three different companies are asking for experience in three different softwares. In my 18 years transcribing at home I have only had three positions that lasted six years each. I only have experience with three different softwares. I guess it is not enough that I held a job for six years at a time. I guess if I job hopped I would be able to have more experience. Where is the old days that companies were willing to train?
