I really wish they'd just do away with the whole set sechedule thing and let us have a broader range in when we work. Instead of having to commit to specific hours, why not just let us commit to a range like say 11 pm to 11 a.m. This way we could work any time during that time frame and get our hours in. I know that will never happen because they'd lose one more method of getting rid of us.
You get NJAs, can't make up the work outside of curernt schedule, and then get a coaching for not getting your required hours in for the pay period.
We show up to work and then get in trouble for their poor pool/account management. The gap analysis is also such a joke. If it worked, there wouldn't be an NJA because no time slots would be over staffed and those scheduled to work would have plenty to keep them busy.
Had to vent a bit.
