Where did you get that 2 cents per line number? You have it backwards! I have done the math on my different 6 cents per gross lines accounts and it actually works out to be equivalent to being paid 8.25 to 8.75 cents per 65-character line. It does depend on the dictator and whether or not he dictates with lists of medications, lists of diagnoses, etc. Please don't advise people if you don't know what you are talking about. You could cause someone to miss out on what may be a good opportunity.
