I agree with others that you should talk to your supervisor. Talking to the other MT will do no good as she's already made her decision that she could care less about you. There should be a time-out setting that the supervisor has, where if a job hasn't been transcribed, it will automatically log her off and send her work back to the server. This is normally no more than 20 minutes or so. You could start by asking about that, that you've noticed jobs are getting "hung up"...
