Terky surte and hooda hooda procedure - Lindsey

Hello, I am a student listening to a foreign dictator.  I haven't quite got the hang of certain accents.  She says something about a Terky surte.  She spells this out, but I can't find it!  She says it is similar to a (Hooda Hooda) procedure, or that's what it sounds like.  It is a cardiology term to clean out a blood vessel.  Any ideas?  Thanks!
