I AM required to work my required my schedule, and why wouldn't I want to? It IS the only way to get paid.
What happens to ME is that sat/sun are my regular work days and I end up getting NJA on MY REGULAR SCHEDULE because of all the peeps getting on to make up THEIR time. It's not their fault, they were told to do so, but don't try to blame "night and weekend" shifters for your NJA sitch.
Besides, this is ALL a MUTE POINT....we all ALL getting NJA because of the work being held/sent to India, plain and simple. Once we all realize this we can stop blaming each other.
