and merely reporting a known NO NO, this is not a picky picky thing. They can tell in the system when it was download (brought into system) and uploaded (sent out) If supervisor does not do anything THEN I would send my coworker an email. So what is to lose, either way, supervisor or coworker, you are already not getting the work.
I would then quietly, start sending out resumes,albeit it may take some time, it is hard times.
