From MQ Central's work availability procedure 5a. Make up time: If the Employee decides to make up the time for the hours not
worked for the remainder of their scheduled shift, the work availability QCare ticket will be assigned to the Supervisor, Service Delivery to contact the Employee to SCHEDULE the make up time and to populate the appropriate excused absence in eTime.
Why wouldn't one choose to SCHEDULE any make up time to occur when there is a need, i.e. weekends?
