Fact is Regan was the first president who knew that American could not sustain its spending habits so his solution to not raise taxes was to sell our debt to China. Under 2 Rep. administrations one the banks fell and one the savings and loans fell. The problem is if you spend it, somebody has got to pay for it. Republicans talk the talk but don't walk the walk they want it both ways and it cannot be. Lets make the rich pay. They have gotten filthy rich over the last 8 years.
