We got one that says if we are running out of work during our regular shift, we need to change our schedule to "match the times when volumes are higher"... (weekends of course).
They should just tell us "you're only going to work OUR schedules" right?!
In the "good old days" people were hired specifically for nights and weekend coverage. I was hired on as a Monay through Friday day worker. I work all my hours and help when I can. They should enforce the weekenders and night shifters and hold them to their assigned schedules. My thought anyway...
