I was in same situation a while ago. I applied to many posts on Job Seeker's board here and MTjobs, with not one response (many years experience in acute care and never ever had a problem getting a response in the past).
Then I applied to 3 postings on the Job Bank on this site and heard back from all 3 within 1 day with offers, and found a nice side job with a small/medium company. I think the Job Bank is "less traveled" and maybe your resume does not get lost in the masses.
