Associates in applied Medical Science, specializing in medical transcription. Actually it was and externship for the school, Kaplan University. I am not sure what you mean by what capacity? How many people? Transcriptionist? Doctors? Beds. After my internship they hired me part time at an hourly wage because they liked what I did and knew I was going to need experience, so that lasted about 5 or 6 months.
