Dont' worry, they won't actually PAY the bonus. They got me back that way, then said I didn't qualify because of QA submission rate. Read the fine print buried in one of the 10 books you get. They can hold you to 10% or 12% depending on your tier. Beware, anybody thinking this sounds good. I am still looking elsewhere, just can't quite get over the anger of the audacity. Thought I could move on, but I don't want to work for a company that treats their employees this way.
