Better send out those resumes because I think the plan is for ALL MTs to become MME in the near future, no choice. Their aim is to get hold of as many accounts as possible by undercutting the competition with the lowest cost. They can do this by cutting MT wages to minimum wage, and they will get MTs to work for this because of all the newbies coming out of school and desparate to find jobs and others who are afraid to try a new company. JMHO
