I have worked on the Novant account for 3 years and it has always been like this. We do the overflow for these hospitals and the in-house hospital staff takes precedence over the transcription company when the work is low. When I first started on this account, I was not aware we were just doing overflow. I thought we had the whole hospital, but not so. Anyway, I get tired of it, but it doesn't seem that it will ever change. They have too many people on the account. They seem to have overstaffed it.
