IC job with a small MTSO. With the 2nd job, I work when I want, therefore I can take off from it when the other is offering OT. I work 40 hours for the FT, and then proably average 10 hours a week with the IC job, working 1-1/2 hours a couple of nights a week and then the rest on Sat. morning and Sunday afternoons--IF I feel like it. I am one of the lucky one with an actual, real IC job that lets me dictate when I want to work.
