MQ tried to explain it in the Harmony book when we switched from statutory to employees, but I don't even know if that book is around any more.

You are paid for all the lines you type/edit. MQ then takes the $$ amount you make per week (sun-sat) and divides it by the number of hours you worked to figure out how much you earned per hour. MQ then multiplies that number by 0.5 and that is the number you see on your paycheck (dollar amount). So if you averaged $20 an hour for 45 hours MQ would pay you your lines plus an extra $50 (5 hours x $10 (20 x0.5)). Hope this helps.
