Has anyone had luck with getting paid from them. I fear that I'm not going to get paid for what work I have done for them in the past month. I would like to know if anyone has had an recourse against them to get paid. I'm not in the state that the business is and wonders if a claim to the Labor Board in their state would work or if I'm going to have to file a small claim in court against them to get paid what I am owed.
