There are many accredited 2 year community colleges that offer an AAS degree in Medical Transcription, as well as coding. While I am sure that some 4 year colleges offer some, you are more apt to find the 2 year degree (AS,AA,AAS) at a community college. I graduated from Marist College, Pougkeepsie, NY with a BS (not an MT degree) and there were no Bachelor's degrees for MT there, but that is not to say 4 year institutions do not offer them. :)
