In my neck of the woods you are lucky to get a job with hard work and low pay. I worked on a dairy farm for 14 years with a high pay of $11/hr and no benefits at all. That was extremely hard work on holidays and weekends. It's a shame that someone who is willing to try isn't given a chance. Sounds like most of the experienced MTs are looking to get out. What will our health care be like when they are gone and noone has given the "newbies" a chance?
