you should probably start looking for another type of job. MT really stinks as a job - low pay, the absolute worst dictators, companies are pretty lousy, etc. I've been doing this for 10 years and I'm looking to get into something else. Some hospitals are going electronic medical record and are getting rid of their MTs. Voice recognition pay stinks. If you want to work 2nd or 3rd shift, at least 1 day each and every weekend, all holidays and get paid barely above minimal wage then stick it out and good luck!
