First Job - KC

I have just finished my Medical Transcription Degree and I have been looking on job sites and they all ask for at least 2 years experience. I was just wondering how I am supposed to get my first MT job when no one is hiring anyone with less than 2 years experience. Does anyone have any advice on landing the first job? Also, I am wanting to work from home, I live in a very small town with no MT's and this is the main reason I was interested in becoming a MT. Thanks.
